Delivery for Orders with Bank Transfer/EFT

For orders placed with bank transfer or EFT, the TOTAL Amount must be sent to muqofficiall.com's bank account for the preparation of your order. In the case of non-reflection of the payment amount to our accounts in shopping transactions made with EFT and/or bank transfer, the cancellation period for the order is 2 days. In this case, your order remains pending for 2 days, and if payment is not made within this period, the order is then CANCELED.

Once your payment is reflected in our bank account, the order preparation process begins. Orders placed with bank transfer until 09:00 on weekdays (provided that payment is received) are delivered to MNG CARGO on the same day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or official holidays are delivered to MNG CARGO on the first business day after the holiday.

The delivery time is as follows: Depending on the distance from your specified address to the place of muqofficiall.com's services, (600 km. and more than 600 km.), the courier company delivers your order to your address within 3-7 days. However, for MOBILE REGIONS, there may be differences in delivery times. Mobile Region refers to areas where MNG CARGO does not have a branch, and deliveries are made by vehicle on certain days of the week.

Is My Order Delivered to Cargo on the Same Day? All purchases made on muqofficiall.com until 09:00 on weekdays are delivered to MNG CARGO on the same day. However, occasionally, the delivery times of special production products may vary depending on the manufacturing time. The delivery information and times for such products are provided on the product pages for the information of our customers. In case of any disruption caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on public holidays and official holidays.

All the products you choose will be guaranteed to be delivered to you by the contracted MNG CARGO company. The purchased products will be notified to you by a confirmation email. In case any of the selected products are not available in stock, an email will be sent to you regarding the issue, and the date when the product will first enter the stocks will be notified.

muqofficiall.com is an online shopping site that allows multiple users to shop at the same time. Although it is rare, it is possible for a consumer to purchase the same product, and the product may be out of stock. In this case, if the product you paid for online is not available in our stocks, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within this period, the payment made will be refunded.
