Warranty Conditions

In accordance with the Regulation on Warranty Certificates, clothing and textile products are excluded from the warranty coverage, as of June 13, 2014, and Official Gazette Number: 29029.

Product Exchange Conditions: Products purchased through www.muqofficiall.com can be exchanged for a different size or another product. If there is a request for exchange related to the purchased product, you must contact us through the online support section on our website or via our WhatsApp hotline on the day you receive the product. The exchange product must be sent to us with the courier company with which our company has an agreement. The shipping cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer. Products sent with a courier company other than the one agreed upon by our company and products sent without notifying the exchange request will not be exchanged, and the parcels will not be accepted.

Only size changes are allowed for special occasion garments such as evening dresses that are not used in daily life. The exchange of these products with another product or a different color evening dress is not accepted.

If the purchased product is defective and faulty, you must contact us through the online support section on our website or via WhatsApp on the day you receive the product. After providing this information, the defective product you send to us with the courier company with which our company has an agreement will be replaced free of charge, provided that it is exactly the same as the defective product.

If the error in the ordered product is due to the consumer's misuse of the product (damage that may occur with cutting or tearing tools, bursting of product seams during the trial of the product, spillage of food and beverages, spraying perfume, deodorant, etc. on the product), or if the error results from the consumer using the product contrary to the information in the introduction and usage guide, and if the product has been used within the (14) day period from the date of delivery, the product will not be exchanged.

In addition; the product must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, unironed, not lost its features and characteristics, not worn, and not tried on, suitable for health and hygiene, and a request for exchange must be made within 3 days after the product is delivered. Exchanges and returns are not accepted for discounted products.

The conditions for product exchange are essentially in line with the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

Product Cancellation Conditions: Products purchased through www.muqofficiall.com can be canceled without any conditions before being shipped.

Product Return Conditions: A return request must be made within 2 days after the product is delivered.
